We're looking for a Facilities Co-ordinator with the skills to keep The Vyne in tip top condition and running smoothly for all the people who visit and love the place. Some occasional weekends and Bank Holiday working may be required.

This grand yet intimate family home is a treasure trove of rare artefacts, and we welcome people who can help bring The Vyne's unique heritage to life. The property's many attractions include a second hand bookshop, a two floor café housed in a 17th century brew house and a working kitchen garden which provides delicious seasonal produce for visitors to purchase. You'll need passion and commitment to work at this fascinating property; however the variety and challenge of being part of the team offers many rewards.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that The Vyne operates efficiently and effectively by providing a flexible facilities service.
  • Assist the property team in meeting their goals by maintaining high standards.
  • Help with maintenance and repairs (reactive, planned, and preventive).
  • Oversee cleaning and caretaking, and the presentation of public areas and visitor facilities (including car parks and grounds).
  • Prepare meeting rooms and coordinate deliveries and collections.

Qualifications

  • Customer focused with a positive attitude.
  • A team player, but also able to work on your own initiative.
  • Comfortable using IT packages.
  • Well organised and adaptable.
  • Happy to learn new skills.
