We are seeking an experienced Male Deputy Manager for our Ofsted-registered EBD children's home in the London Borough of Redbridge.

Essential Requirements

  • Must be male (due to the needs of the home)
  • Valid UK driving licence and confident driver
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Deputy in an EBD children’s home
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding and behaviour management
  • Skilled in report writing and professional communication
  • Ability to liaise effectively with social workers and other agencies
  • Able to act as a positive role model for young people
  • Provides consistent leadership and supports staff and young people

Salary

£31,992 per year (approx £12.82 per hour)
