Responsibilities include dealing with all matters relating to the management of a portfolio of existing clients and assisting with the development of targets to ensure continued growth of the business. Support senior staff in client work and group management as appropriate.

Qualifications:

  • Significant understanding and prior experience in expatriate tax compliance, including knowledge of various tax reimbursement methods, international payroll, and international social security.
  • Knowledge of recent key updates and areas of focus in expatriate tax such as the Statutory Residence Test, Short Term Business Visitors, and Non Resident Directors.
  • Expatriate tax advisory experience.
  • Ability to manage a large and varied client portfolio.
  • Demonstrable staff management experience.
  • Ability to actively seek opportunities for selling new services to existing clients.
  • Experience dealing with client senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Educated to degree level, or CTA/ACA qualified, or qualified by experience.
