As a Security Officer at Exeter Law Court Southernhay Gardens, Exeter, Devon EX1 1UH, you will play a critical role in maintaining a secure, safe, and positive environment for all employees, visitors, and clients. This position requires a dependable individual who can remain alert, enforce site protocols, and respond effectively to various situations. Responsibilities
- Be professional, pleasant, friendly, courteous and helpful at all times whilst carrying out duties of the highest level.
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, ensuring customers are consistently informed throughout the process.
- Provide assistance to clients, contractors and visitors ensuring all site procedures and policies are adhered to.
- Liaise closely with statutory authorities, dealing with incidents and providing information to support.
- Continuous monitoring of site radio systems adhering to the correct procedures.
- Maintaining site records such as reference materials, incident forms and site occurrence book.
- Develop excellent working relationships with our on site client.
