Responsibilities of the Paralegal
  • Assist with the preparation of court documents and correspondence throughout case progression.
  • Liaise with clients and third parties by phone and email, providing clear and professional communication.
  • Manage case files from instruction, ensuring all procedures are handled efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide proactive support to fee earners, helping to deliver a high quality and cost effective service.
Requirements of the Paralegal
  • Experience as a Paralegal (desirable) or within a legal support or office based role, ideally with an interest in litigation.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build positive, long lasting relationships.
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple caseloads and work accurately under pressure.
  • Confident IT user, quick to learn new systems, and committed to producing high quality work.
