Practice Plus Group is seeking dedicated healthcare professionals to join our Out of Hours team and make a real difference in the community.
Practice Plus Group is a leading provider of urgent care services across the UK, committed to delivering safe, effective, and compassionate care to patients when they need it most - outside of regular GP hours.
We are looking to add some permanent members of staff to cover the Saturdays and Sunday shifts 08.00 - 14.00 and 14.00 - 20.00 in Exeter. Our Devon OOH service is spread across the county with sites in Barnstaple, Tiverton, Okehampton, Honiton, Exeter, Newton-Abbot, Totness and Plymouth.
Our OOH service is also open from 18.30-08.00 Monday to Friday and 24 hours over the weekend. We can offer a range of sessions to allow you to flexibly choose the right shift pattern for you.
In OOH we assess and treat patients who require urgent unscheduled intervention suitable for treatment by general practice clinicians when the GP surgeries are closed. Our referrals come from either 111, via a dedicated health care professional line used by paramedics and district nursing teams or from the AED or MIU.
