To be part of the clerical team in Radiology, making appointment bookings, and dealing with patients mainly by telephone and sometimes in person. You will be expected to do general reception duties as required.
Professional Conduct
To ensure all patients receive the highest customer care and all staff and patients visiting the radiology department are dealt with professionally.
Location and Hours
The post holder will be based on the Epsom Hospital site in the Radiology Diagnostic Booking Centre; however, some flexibility is necessary to attend St Helier as and when management requires it. The role is full‑time Monday - Friday.
