We are seeking an enthusiastic Events & Groups Coordinator to join the Claridge's Events department.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and complete all administrative tasks for the Events & Groups Office.
- Support the Events & Groups Team where necessary in daily operational tasks.
- Manage small in house guest meetings and internal meetings when they arise.
Qualifications:
- Provide intuitive service, with absolute understanding of our guests' needs to create exceptional experiences.
- Demonstrate genuine dedication to Claridge's and commitment to consistent quality.
- Excellent customer care skills and ability to deal with high profile clients professionally.
- Confident, professional, welcoming personality with immaculate presentation.
- Proactive problem solving and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills and confident Word/Excel user.
