Estimator £55,000 - £60,000 + Training + Progression to Senior Newark (Full-Time Office Based)

Responsibilities
- Taking full ownership of tenders from enquiry through to handover, working from drawings, building up rates, and collaborating closely with clients and the supply chain to produce accurate and competitive submissions
- Producing accurate estimates from construction drawings and specifications
- Liaising with clients to clarify scope and technical requirements
- Obtaining and analysing subcontractor and material quotations
- Supporting tender submissions and project handover
Requirements
- Estimating experience within construction (groundworks, brickwork, or similar)
- Strong understanding of construction drawings and BOQs
- Commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a proactive approach
