Dream Medical are seeking 2X enthusiastic and positive individuals to join our clinical team as qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioners to join 2X busy GP Surgeries in Southend.
You would be working supporting our team of GPs carrying out acute care. The successful candidates will be proficient at managing minor ailments and acute conditions and will have excellent communication skills and good IT literacy.
You will have previous experience of working in accordance with the NMC Code and experience of working with patients. You also need to know how to use System One.
Responsibilities will include assessment, diagnosis and treatment of acute presentations and referring to other members of the primary and secondary health care team.
These positions are 16 hours a week permanent roles; Mondays are essential for both and salary to be discussed. Excellent benefits and also an NHS pension scheme.
