Job Overview Lecturer, Beauty - Thurrock Campus (Full Time) Responsibilities * Deliver practical and theory Beauty sessions for levels 1-3 or above that are high quality and engaging. * Carry out valid assessments of both practical and theoretical aspects. * Provide constructive developmental feedback to learners to support achievement. * Maintain accurate attendance and progress records. * Promote high levels of health and safety in salons ensuring that students are industry ready. * Keep up to date with industry trends and teaching practices. * Participate in internal verification processes. Qualifications * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Passionate about industry and training the next generation of technicians. * Beauty qualifications at Level 3 or preferably higher. * Assessor qualification is an advantage. * Full teaching qualification is desirable.
