Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, answering incoming calls, completing contact forms and online chats, and processing hire enquiries.
- Grow relationships with existing clients and deliver an outstanding hire experience.
- Support team efforts in a busy, high-volume telephone environment.
- Bonus available for excellent performance.
Qualifications & Experience
- Excellent telephone skills and customer service experience, ideally office‑based or administrative role with heavy customer interaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
Requirements
- Valid driving licence and ability to drive; essential for rural location.
