An established and well-regarded law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor into its commercial property department.

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join an established and well-regarded practice in Essex. You will be handling a broad range of commercial property matters including landlord and tenant work, development agreements as well as property finance, commercial property sales and acquisitions, option agreements and promotion agreements.

The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will be a strong team player with excellent attention to detail and possess at least 3 years PQE in handling a broad range of commercial property matters, including landlord and tenant, property finance, sales and acquisitions of commercial properties and development agreements.
