36 hours per week, 37.6 weeks per year (term time only). Monday to Thursday 08:45, Friday 08:30. Pay Grade PS6 (£30,122 FTE). Starting pro rata salary: £25,838. Start date: 3 September 2026.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate the focus room (internal suspension) and promote a forward thinking approach to minimise student poor behaviour.
- Lead on management of detentions and behaviour data reporting.
- Support leaders in the coordination of student and pastoral support plans.
- Build excellent relationships across the school, working collaboratively with teaching and pastoral staff.
