About the role

Our busy property team provides a bespoke conveyancing service across England and Wales tailored to meet our clients' needs. We have a large and expanding team of skilled and respected property lawyers who pride themselves on their level of service, combining a traditional personal approach with speed and efficiency using the latest technology.

What you will be doing

  • Act for clients in a broad range of residential property work, primarily freehold and leasehold sales and purchases (including for investor clients), transfers of equity and remortgages.
  • Run your own caseload with minimal supervision.
  • Proactively participate in department and firm‑wide marketing initiatives and build and maintain client and referrer relationships.

Qualifications and experience

  • Property Solicitor, FCILEx, or Licensed Conveyancer with experience gained from general residential property work.
  • Personable, driven, enthusiastic and an effective communicator who is looking to build a successful career in residential property.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively within a team and also able to work independently at all times.
