Role: Site Manager - School Refurbishment Projects

Pay: £280 per day CIS plus mileage of 0.55p per mile

Location: Kirklees

Start date: 6th July

Duration: 9 weeks, Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week

We are currently recruiting for experienced Site Managers to oversee a programme of school refurbishment projects across the Kirklees. These projects are due to start on 6th July and will run throughout the summer holiday period, offering 9 weeks' work.

The Role

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of refurbishment works within live education environments during the school shutdown period, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.

Responsibilities

  • Managing subcontractors and site activities
  • Ensuring health & safety compliance at all times
  • Conducting site inductions and toolbox talks
  • Liaising with clients, project teams and stakeholders
  • Maintaining site records and documentation

Requirements

  • SMSTS
  • First Aid at Work
  • Enhanced DBS - child barring (within the last 3 years essential)
  • Black or Gold CSCS card
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
