This is a dual site HR role covering Hilton Reading and Hilton Woking.

What will I be doing?

  • Coaching and developing senior and operational leaders to be effective managers in performance management.
  • Driving delivery of first class HR service and ensuring operational leaders meet SLA with HR Shared Service Teams (Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, HR Administration, Employee Relations).
  • Collaborating with central HR functions, conducting hotel talent reviews and maintaining succession and attraction plans.
  • Acting as custodian of employee experience and partnering with Leadership to improve engagement and retention.
  • Partnering on building a culture of inclusion and wellbeing.
  • Supporting talent acquisition events, attraction initiatives, graduate/intern/apprentice/work experience placements and external partnerships.
  • Assisting in delivery and communication of new HR initiatives and team/people operational priorities.
  • Executing an effective employee communication strategy.
  • Owning the employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, development & succession, and exit support.
  • Being part of senior leadership, using HR strategy and analytics to support business objectives.

What are we looking for?

  • HR generalist background with proven business partnering experience.
  • Strong influencing skills and willingness to challenge.
  • Ability to travel between the hotels in the cluster as required and located within maximum one hour commute.
  • Agile and driven to deliver in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Preferred: CIPD qualified.
  • Preferred: experience in hospitality, travel or retail.
