As an Electrical & Mechanical Engineering Manager, you will lead, manage, and organize engineering resources to ensure delivery of high quality products and services that meet contractual requirements, customer expectations, and business goals. You will drive cultural change, improve efficiency and productivity, and support both new product development and ongoing service activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Leading and managing Electrical & Mechanical Engineering teams to ensure delivery against contractual, customer, schedule, and budget requirements.
  • Driving cultural and behavioral changes to improve alignment, efficiency, and productivity without compromising quality or introducing risk.
  • Developing and implementing innovative manufacturing and cost reduction processes in collaboration with manufacturing teams.
  • Driving standardized process adoption across the engineering function.
  • Supporting the creation of product and technology roadmaps in collaboration with mechanical engineering, application engineering, product management, and commercial teams.
  • Leading and coordinating the development of existing and new products, ensuring adequate resourcing for on time and on budget delivery.
  • Managing performance and development of engineering resources, addressing capability gaps, and building strong intellectual capital within the team.
  • Providing engineering support for both New Build and Services activities aligned with current and future business needs.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.

  • Demonstrate strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Experience driving engineering performance, productivity, and efficiency improvements.
  • Ability to manage cross functional collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, and commercial teams.
