We are seeking an experienced and motivated Nursery Manager to lead a well-established, year-round nursery caring for children aged 3 months to 5 years.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery
- Ensure compliance with EYFS, Ofsted, and safeguarding standards
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team
- Maintain and improve quality of care and education
- Manage staffing, occupancy, and overall performance
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Nursery Manager or senior leadership role
- Strong knowledge of EYFS framework and Ofsted requirements
- Confident leadership and team management skills
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (minimum)
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and compliance
