THE ROLE
- Develop, maintain and enhance the team's know how, precedents and knowledge resources.
- Monitor and communicate legal and regulatory developments in employment law.
- Deliver training sessions, technical updates and thought leadership materials.
- Contribute to client facing publications, alerts, webinars and marketing initiatives.
- Assist with pitches, tenders and business development opportunities.
- Help drive innovation, legal tech adoption and knowledge management initiatives.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- At least 6 years PQE in employment law gained within a leading national, regional or international law firm recognized for their employment offerings.
- Technically excellent, with strong knowledge of employment matters.
- Passionate about legal developments, training and knowledge sharing.
- Strong communicator with excellent drafting and presentation skills.
- Commercially aware, collaborative and proactive.
- Interested in innovation and improving how legal services are delivered.
