As a Billing Team Manager, you’ll take ownership of a high performing team, driving both billings and business growth across your region in West Yorkshire for Provide Education. This role is about more than just hitting targets; it's about demonstrating team leadership, self leadership, and business acumen to develop talent, coach effectively, and maximise revenue. You’ll manage and motivate your team to deliver outstanding results, balance client and candidate needs, and implement strategic plans that grow both individual desks and the overall business. Every decision, every placement, and every opportunity you lead will directly impact your team's performance and the schools we support.

Responsibility of Role

  • Own and grow your 360 recruitment desk, delivering billings, gross profit, and client satisfaction.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate your team to achieve their billings, GP, and growth targets.
  • Set clear expectations, actively recognise success, and challenge underperformance within the team.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and candidates to drive revenue and retention.
  • Analyse performance data for both your desk and the team to make informed decisions and drive improvements.
  • Implement strategic plans to grow your desk and overall team revenue.
  • Balance client and candidate needs with team performance to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Inspire your team through emotional intelligence, effective communication, and inclusiveness.
  • Demonstrate self leadership by managing priorities, responding constructively to feedback, and driving your own development.
  • Identify opportunities to add value, innovate processes, and support team development through coaching and mentoring.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in a billing or revenue focused team leadership role, ideally in recruitment.
  • Strong commercial mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Excellent coaching, mentoring, and team development skills.
