Responsibilities / Tasks
- Location: Eastleigh (on-site)
- Responsible for all HR topics across the Pharma & Food Applications (PFA) division in the UK & Ireland.
- Act as a trusted HR business partner to managers across the assigned PFA division in the UK & Ireland.
- Take responsibility for and contribute to HR processes across the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, performance management, talent development, compensation, and related activities.
- Lead and support organisational change initiatives, including the further development of structures, teams, and company culture.
- Provide practical, consistent, and legally compliant advice on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation across the UK & Ireland.
- Execute global HR projects at a local level.
- Support the delivery and execution of global HR governance processes, including position approvals, compensation changes, Perform & Grow, Leadership Review, and related initiatives.
- Support managers with operational planning and people-related decision-making.
- Work closely with local HR colleagues, the HR Shared Service Center, and Centres of Excellence.
- Take responsibility for the People Partner 'Reward & Benefits' building block for the UK & Ireland.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- CIPD Level 7 qualification (or equivalent).
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a senior HR advisory role.
- Strong knowledge of UK and Irish employment law, HR frameworks, and people practices.
- Significant experience across generalist HR functions, including employee relations case management.
- Experience supporting organisational change initiatives and managing complex HR cases.
- Experience working in an international HR environment with diverse cultural contexts.
- Structured way of working, strong analytical skills, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area of responsibility.
- Experience using HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP) and reporting tools.
