Overview: This is an opportunity with one of the major multiples in optics within the UK. They are now looking for an Optical Assistant to join their friendly, supportive team in Brighton. Responsibilities: The role will entail dispensing spectacles to all levels, conducting pre‑screen tests and contact lens teaches. You will also be required to carry out frame styling, adjustments, collections and give patients advice on best options. Reception duties and general admin will also be part of the role and help with the smooth running of the practice.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 12 months experience within optics
  • Must be able to dispense to all levels comfortably
