As a Chef de Partie at De Vere, you will be a vital member of our kitchen brigade, playing a key role in delivering exceptional food experiences to our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Work in a team environment, where you will continually learn and develop, with clear opportunities to progress your career with De Vere.
  • Prepare, cook and present dishes within your designated section, showcasing your culinary skills and attention to detail.
  • Support and mentor Demi Chef de Parties and Commis Chefs, contributing to the development of a talented and passionate brigade.
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, food hygiene and health & safety across the kitchen.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a Chef working in a busy kitchen environment.
  • High standards of cleanliness and food hygiene to maintain our health & safety standards.
  • Attention to detail to help create memorable culinary experiences for our guests.
