Your Role
As a Flying Start Practitioner, you'll support young children in their early development journey through play-based learning and structured activities. Your day may include:
- Supporting learning through play and exploration
- Encouraging early language and communication skills
- Leading songs, storytelling and creative activities
- Supporting children's social and emotional development
- Working closely with staff and families to support progress
Every day is different, filled with energy, creativity and those special milestone moments.
What You'll Need
- Level 3 or higher CCPLD qualification (essential)
- Experience working with young children (preferred)
- A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
