Ready to lead a hotel where great standards and a warm welcome come as standard? As a Hotel Manager at our Welcome Break Days Inn hotel, you'll take full ownership of the hotel operation, driving guest satisfaction, leading your teams, and ensuring every room, corridor, and touchpoint feels clean, comfortable, and well looked after.
You'll lead the day to day running of the hotel, including reception, housekeeping, and maintenance. From check in standards and room readiness to repairs, supplier support, and stock control, you'll set expectations, plan effectively, and keep everything running smoothly, especially at peak times.
You'll be responsible for guest scores, safety, and compliance, ensuring the hotel is audit ready, the team is trained, and standards are consistently met. You'll manage escalations confidently, solve problems quickly, and make each shift supported by clear communication and strong leadership.
You'll balance great hospitality with great results, keeping costs controlled, schedules smart, and standards high, while creating a culture where people feel proud of the hotel they run. You'll develop and coach your team, build capability across shifts, and use clear routines to deliver reliable standards every day. You'll also work closely with wider site teams and support functions to keep the hotel performing, driving occupancy, controlling spend, and ensuring guests would happily return.

- Know how to deliver brilliant standards across reception, housekeeping, and maintenance
- Lead from the front, handle issues calmly, and keep the guest experience on track
- Are confident managing budgets, rotas, compliance, and performance (occupancy, costs, and guest scores)
- Enjoy building strong teams and taking full ownership of results
If you're looking for a role where you can take real ownership, set the standard, and make a genuine impact on every guest stay, we'd love to hear from you.
