HR Administrator
We are working with a leading employer based in Dungannon to recruit for a HR Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. This would be a fabulous opportunity to develop your HR skills. The HR Administrator will support the HR Manager in delivering efficient and proactive HR administration across the business.
Responsibilities
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes including advertising roles, arranging interviews, and maintaining employee records
- Providing HR support to employees and managers, assisting with employee relations, attendance, leave management, and policy guidance
- Maintaining HR systems, generating reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Coordinating training, wellbeing initiatives, and health & safety requirements for employees
- Preparing HR documentation including contracts, letters, and other administrative records
- Supporting employer branding and talent attraction through careers events and engagement with educational institutions
Requirements
- Previous experience working within an HR administrative role
- CIPD qualification, or currently working towards accreditation, desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Able to work efficiently under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on maintaining accurate records and documentation
