Our client, a leading Construction Manufacturer, is seeking a Business & Brand Development Executive to drive business growth, brand reputation, and marketing strategy across the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day business development, including lead generation, bid management, and tracking opportunities.
  • Coordinate bid responses, proposals, and supporting collateral in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, framework meetings, and client events.
  • Manage marketing activities including social media, website content, PR, and promotional materials.
  • Support brand reputation through ESG, ISO standards, accreditations, and social value reporting.
  • Analyse market trends to align marketing and business strategies.

Essential Criteria

  • Experience in Business Development, Marketing, or Brand Management.
  • Knowledge of bids/tenders and lead generation.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
