As a Nightshift Bakery Assistant, you'll help produce our award-winning products to the highest standards of food safety, quality, and consistency. Everything we make is for our customers, so you'll be part of a team that truly puts Customer First. We're looking for people with a Can Do Attitude who take pride in their work and enjoy being part of a team where we're Stronger Together.
Hours: 16 hours per week (Friday & Saturday evenings)
Shift Times: 6:00pm - 2:30am
Starting Pay: £14.65 per hour (increases to £15.16 after 13 week probation period)

What You'll Do:
- Working safely in line with all Stephens' policies, procedures and health & safety legislation
- Preparing and chaffing dough
- Lidding pies and filling doughnuts
- Weighing ingredients and following recipes
- Filling machinery and hoppers
- Baking products to specification
- Packing and checking products to ensure quality compliance
- Cleaning production and packing areas to maintain excellent hygiene standards

- Bakery experience is a bonus, but not essential; full training is provided
- This is a physically demanding role, so you'll need to be comfortable with standing for long periods, manual handling, and working at a fast pace throughout your shift
