MCS Group is delighted to be recruiting a Packaging Manager for our client, a leading manufacturing business based in Downpatrick, Northern Ireland. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment, leading packaging operations and driving performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the site.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily packaging operations and manage operational teams
- Drive KPIs including OEE, waste, downtime, and quality
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality standards
- Deliver continuous improvement initiatives across packaging operations
- Work closely with Production, Engineering, and Technical teams
About You
- Experience in a Packaging Manager, Production Manager, or similar manufacturing leadership role
- Background within manufacturing, FMCG, food production, or other high-volume production environments beneficial
- Strong leadership and operational management experience
- Experience driving performance and continuous improvement
- Knowledge of health & safety and quality standards
