About The Role

Salary: Competitive Salary. Bonus: Fantastic quarterly bonus based on individual and company performance. Hours: 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday.

Responsibilities

  • Support the transport team in coordinating daily operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of transport activities, and compliance documentation.
  • Liaise with buyers to facilitate communication and address any operational issues.
  • Assist in monitoring key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety standards and assist in maintaining compliance with transport regulations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a transport or logistics administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • A current full UK driving license is desirable.
