Responsibilities
- Develop and implement attendance strategies to improve student attendance across multiple academies.
- Conduct home visits to engage students and families and address attendance barriers.
- Provide support to students and parents on attendance-related concerns.
Qualifications
- Experience in monitoring attendance.
- Strong safeguarding commitment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Full-time availability, Monday to Friday.
