Responsibilities:
- Using the FLT to move 25kg bags safely around site, loading and unloading of tankers and trailers.
- Loading ingredients into the processing plant.
- Checking the quality of incoming raw material/ingredients/packaging.
- Checking the quality of outgoing material and finished products, reporting discrepancies.
- Completing basic paperwork/documentation and computer tasks.
Requirements:
- In date and nationally recognised FLT licence.
- Experience from the manufacturing/production sector and good H&S knowledge.
- Basic computer skills, good paperwork skills and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Benefits:
- £15.50 per hour (£34k p/a).
- Working 12‑hour days and nights on a 2‑week rota (average 42 hrs per week): 6am to 6pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. 6pm to 6am Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
