Live Nation UK Marketing Partnerships architects, sells and manages the company’s national corporate sponsorship programmes with the world’s most recognisable brands. The Marketing & Creative Solutions team works with the sales team to form strategy, big ideas and business solutions for brands. Through needs analysis, fan insights, exhaustive research of the client and their audience, and internal ideation sessions, the team ultimately crafts a strategic music marketing platform designed to solve brands’ business objectives and KPIs. The programme concept is transformed into a visually stunning creative presentation highlighting Live Nation’s arsenal of assets.

  • Capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously and bringing structure and clarity to complex projects.

  • Confident managing upwards and downwards, providing clear visibility, prioritising effectively, and supporting teams to deliver high‑quality work across concurrent initiatives.

Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience:

  • Proven experience in market research and/or consumer insights from both client‑side and agency environments.
  • Advanced knowledge of quantitative methodologies (e.g., MaxDiff, Conjoint, Segmentation) with the ability to design, analyse and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Strong knowledge of qualitative methodologies, including drafting discussion guides and moderating focus groups.
  • Proficiency in statistical tools (e.g., DisplayR or equivalent) and data visualisation platforms (e.g., Tableau) for creating dashboards and reports; social media listening tools (e.g., Meltwater Buzz) to extract actionable insights.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing cross‑functional teams.
  • Commercial acumen to align research findings into business strategies and measurable outcomes.
  • Strong communication skills with a track record of presenting clear and compelling research findings to diverse internal stakeholders.

What the role includes:

  • Support the Head of R+I in embedding data and insights across the organisation, empowering teams to make informed commercial decisions.
  • Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of quant and qual research projects, balancing hands‑on execution with effective oversight of team and vendor delivery.
  • Structure and manage multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring clear prioritisation, resource allocation, timelines and accountability across the team.
  • Line‑manage and support team members, helping to develop capabilities while maintaining high standards of delivery and efficient ways of working.
  • Conduct advanced analysis across multiple datasets, including market‑research, first‑party data and social listening outputs, to uncover commercially actionable insights.
  • Present research findings clearly and concisely to internal stakeholders, ensuring insights are commercially relevant and actionable.
