The Head of Coaching & Games Development is a key leadership and management role within Ulster GAA. The role is to lead, develop and promote participation and performance in Gaelic Games at provincial level, through a diverse range of programmes aligned to the player, coach, referees and service providers pathways collaborations across club, school, higher education, and inter-county settings.

The postholder will have overall responsibility for coordinating, implementing, evaluating, and accounting for Coaching & Games funding from Government Departments and Arm's Length Bodies (ALBs).
