Hours: Monday - Thursday 08:30 - 17:00, Friday 08:30 - 16:00

We're looking for a proactive and commercially minded HR Business Partner to join a growing international business and play a key role in delivering people strategy across our Dewsbury site and wider Group operations. Working closely with senior leadership and the Group Director of HR & Development, you'll act as a trusted advisor to managers, supporting employee relations, organisational change, performance management, engagement, and talent development within a fast paced, growth focused environment. This is a hands on role suited to an experienced HR professional who thrives on building strong relationships, driving positive change, and delivering practical HR solutions that support business success.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Partnering with leaders and managers to drive performance and people initiatives
  • Managing employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, and performance matters
  • Supporting organisational change, workforce planning, and talent development
  • Coaching managers on best practice, leadership behaviours, and employee engagement
  • Helping shape a high performing, values driven culture
  • Contributing to HR process improvement and AI driven automation of people operations

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor role
  • Strong UK employment law and employee relations knowledge
  • Ability to influence and coach stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience within manufacturing or multi site environments is advantageous
  • A proactive, organised, and solutions focused approach
  • Interest or experience in AI enabled HR process improvement and automation
