We are seeking someone with strong administrative skills to work in our busy Human Resources environment to support our Personnel Office.

You should possess excellent computer skills in Microsoft packages and be able to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.

Good inter-personal & organisational skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality and work as part of a team in a culturally diverse environment are essential requirements to the post.

As part of the community, you will take an active role in the worship, creative and serving aspects of our life in community and welcoming our guests to Lee Abbey.

This is a one year volunteer position that includes free food and accommodation , plus a weekly allowance .
