We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Planning Service as a Development Management Officer.

Our Development Management Team plays a vital role in shaping the city and its surrounding countryside, assessing a wide range of development proposals—from local applications to major strategic schemes. In this role, you'll be trained to manage a diverse caseload of planning and related applications, building valuable experience and developing your professional expertise. You'll also work alongside experienced Principal Planners, supporting the delivery of high-profile projects such as city centre developments and sustainable urban extensions.
