We are looking for a skilled and passionate Ink Development Chemist to join this client’s dynamic R&D team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and formulating inks for various printing applications, working closely with the technical team to ensure optimal quality and performance. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and formulate new ink systems for a variety of printing applications, including flexographic, gravure, digital, and offset printing.
- Work closely with the R&D, technical and production teams to optimise ink formulations and ensure consistent quality.
- Conduct in-depth testing and analysis of ink properties, including adhesion, viscosity, curing, and colour consistency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ink performance and compatibility with substrates.
- Collaborate with the technical team to understand customers’ specific printing needs and offer tailored ink solutions.
