About the Role
The role focuses on leading the training and match day coaching for our Women's 1st and 2nd teams, with the aim of continuing to develop a competitive and supportive environment across both squads.
Training and Match Schedule
- Training sessions: Wednesday evenings, 7-9pm
- Match days: Saturdays with the Women's 1st team (starting September)
- Pay: £50 per training session and £50 per Saturday match day
- League info: The Ladies 1st team currently play in the East Premier Division 25/26
- The Ladies 2nd team currently play in East Women's Division 1 North 25/26
Core Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver structured, progressive training sessions for the Women's 1s and 2s
- Lead the Women's 1s on match days - including warm up, tactics, and pitch side coaching
- Support player development, including integration of younger players and building confidence across the squad
- Collaborate with team captains and club committee on team selection and season goals
- Foster a positive team culture and help build a cohesive squad identity

- Provide feedback or attend occasional club/coach meetings to support wider club development
