We are looking for residential support workers and senior support workers to join our growing, highly valued team. Our homes vary in size and provide therapeutic, EBD and complex trauma support services.

What we are looking for:

  • Someone who is tenacious and passionate, with the ability to connect with those they meet and build meaningful and productive working relationships.
  • Experience of supervising staff in a care role.
  • Experience in children's residential care as a Senior.
  • Evidence of excellent organisational skills.
  • Experience of managing staff rotas.
  • A Level 3/4 Diploma in Children and Young Peoples Services (or equivalent).
  • A full, UK driving licence.
  • Applicants must be over the age of 21 to meet industry regulations.

  • The salary is between £34,000-£39,000, plus sleep‑ins paid at £60 each. On average, you will complete 8 sleep‑ins per month. Salary is dependent on qualifications.
