What we are looking for:
- Someone who is tenacious and passionate, with the ability to connect with those they meet and build meaningful and productive working relationships.
- Experience of supervising staff in a care role.
- Experience in children's residential care as a Senior.
- Evidence of excellent organisational skills.
- Experience of managing staff rotas.
- A Level 3/4 Diploma in Children and Young Peoples Services (or equivalent).
- A full, UK driving licence.
- Applicants must be over the age of 21 to meet industry regulations.

- The salary is between £34,000-£39,000, plus sleep‑ins paid at £60 each. On average, you will complete 8 sleep‑ins per month. Salary is dependent on qualifications.
