Experienced Production Operatives ideally with experience within the food industry urgently required for a specialist food manufacturer based in Winchester. We are looking for operatives who are experienced with documentation, using computer systems, calculations of ingredients and sell by/use by dates.
This role will be working on a weekly rotational shift of Earlies 6am - 2:30pm and Lates 2pm - 10:30pm.
- Ensure all Production and BRC procedures are followed.
- Report any Production issues to the Dairy Manager following the recipes provided.
- Sanitise low care area prior to production; clean the area and all equipment after production.
- Advise management when stocks of raw materials are running low.
- Inform Management when any health, safety or other production incidents may have occurred.
- Attend and contribute to weekly production meetings.
