Pay rates ranging from £11.90 - £13.25 per hour, depending on your age.
Working Hours
Positions available in-store at 8-37.5 hours per week.
Availability Monday to Sunday 6am - 3pm.
Shortlisted candidates will discuss working hours and shift patterns in further detail at interview.
Responsibilities
- Provide a first‑class service to all customers.
- Prepare, cook, and bake goods, working within food safety regulations.
- Keep prep areas and counters clean and tidy, including kitchen porter duties.
- Work as part of a team to keep all counters – SPAR Bakery and Delish Deli – fresh and appetizing for customers.
- Undertake other duties as required for the role.
Skills for Success
- No previous retail or foodservice experience required – training provided.
- Team members with personality, passion, energy, and a positive attitude who know how to make customers smile and provide the very best experience.
