The University of Oxford's Saïd Business School is seeking an outstanding academic leader to serve as its next Dean, leading a globally recognised business school distinguished by its international outlook, entrepreneurial spirit, academic excellence, and commitment to addressing complex global challenges through research, education, and engagement.

The Dean will provide strategic and academic leadership across all aspects of the School's activities, working collaboratively with colleagues across the collegiate University and beyond. Alongside advancing research excellence, educational innovation, and external engagement, the Dean will play a central role in fostering an inclusive, supportive, and high-performing culture.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a deeply people-centred approach to leadership, with the ability to build trust, empower others, develop talent, and create an environment in which faculty, professional services staff, and students can thrive. They will be effective in building trusted relationships internally and externally, and in bringing people together around a shared sense of purpose and ambition.
