About the Role

  • Work as part of a team to provide support and guidance for our residential college and university students.
  • Ensuring safeguarding, health and safety standards are maintained within student accommodation.
  • Responsible for maintaining positive student behaviour within your designated halls.
  • Providing a safe and nurturing environment for our residential students to enhance the student experience.
  • Conducting daily checks of residential halls to ensure students are maintaining the standards set out in their residential agreement.

The successful candidate will be required to work between the hours of 8.30am to 17:00pm, Monday to Friday.

  • Understand the importance of safeguarding within a residential setting on campus.
  • The ideal candidate will have previous experience of supporting young people.
  • Confident to build a rapport with our students, address concerns and implement solutions in order to maintain our high standards on campus.
