This is an opportunity to join a rapidly expanding and strategically important Data Protection team within a leading legal services provider. The Role

You will be involved in managing and advising on complex and large-scale Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) and disclosure projects. The work blends technical data protection law with practical, technology-driven solutions in the delivery of efficient and robust DSAR services. You will have direct client exposure, lead on document review and redaction exercises, apply exemptions under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act, and work closely with eDiscovery tools. Alongside client facing work, you will contribute to shaping processes, playbooks and scalable delivery models in one of the fastest growing areas of legal services.

What They're Looking For

  • Qualified solicitor with 2-3 years' PQE in data protection and privacy law
  • Strong working knowledge of UK GDPR and ICO guidance
  • Experience managing DSARs, disclosure exercises or similar complex document review projects
  • Familiarity with eDiscovery and legal technology platforms
  • Excellent organisational skills with a detail oriented and deadline driven approach
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • A proactive, solutions focused mindset and enthusiasm for process improvement and innovation
