Key responsibilities
- Support day‑to‑day quality and ripening operations across site
- Manage ripening plans, stock decisions and quality performance
- Lead and coach shopfloor teams to deliver operational KPIs
- Identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous improvement
- Work closely with Production, Technical and Quality teams to resolve issues quickly

- Experienced in a Fresh Produce Technical or Quality role
- Strong understanding of quality standards, shelf‑life and ripening processes
- Confident analysing data and turning insights into actionA proactive team leader who thrives in a fast‑moving environment
