We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of landscape maintenance. This role involves various tasks related to enhancing outdoor spaces, ensuring they are aesthetically pleasing and functional. The Landscape Foreman will work with both hand tools and power tools. Must have worked in a Landscape Foreman position with a minimum of 5 years experience.
Tasks
- Lead and supervise hard landscaping teams on residential and commercial projects
- Ensure all projects are completed safely, to a high standard, and within deadlines
- Carry out and oversee hard landscaping works including:
- Slabbing and paving installations
- Block paving and driveways
- Patios and pathways
- Fencing and gate installation
- Retaining walls and brickwork
- Decking and timber structures
- Artificial grass preparation and installation
- Drainage and groundworks
- Kerbing, edging, and finishing works
Requirements
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labour, including lifting and digging as necessary.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members to achieve individual and collective goals.
- A valid driving licence is required for transportation to job sites.
