The predicted salary is between 45000 - 55000 Β£ per year.
Role & Responsibilities
Working with a team of surveyors within the company the main roles and responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with Contracts Management and Estimating departments to ensure commercial viability of contracts.
- Taking active role in our Supply Chain Management Initiative to ensure relationships are developed with subcontractors.
- Ensuring all monthly valuations and final accounts are submitted and agreed with clients within agreed timescales.
- Responsibility for cash flow and monthly management reporting.
- Fully embracing the company's Customers 1st campaign to continually improve the way we deal with our customers.
- Candidate
The ideal candidate will
- Have experience in a Quantity Surveying role within a main contractor is preferred but not essential.
- Be comfortable with working with minimum of supervision and have the ability to solve problems by acting on own initiative.
- Be IT literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Be able to show track record of profitability on projects you have worked on.

This is a full time, permanent position and successful candidates can be based either from our Paisley head office or our Edinburgh Office in Newbridge.
Due to the nature of the role travel to and from sites and client meetings will also be required.
