The Role

The Customer Support Representative (CSR) plays a crucial role in facilitating effective communication with residents of diverse backgrounds during construction projects. The job requires proactive engagement with numerous properties; candidates must possess a valid driver’s licence and be comfortable with extensive driving throughout the day. The role is based in Ashford, Sittingbourne, Faversham, Isle of Sheppey, Horsham, Redhill and sometimes Brighton.

Main Duties

  • Preparing correspondence to cover issues such as access, delay in works, changing/adding works and resolving issues
  • Dealing with residents' complaints and issues, either via email, phone, or visits to their home
  • Collecting KPIs upon work completion, and logging the results
  • Arranging appointments for workers and subcontractors where necessary
  • Building good relationships with the residents

Requirements

  • Driving licence is essential
  • Strong face-to-face customer service experience
  • Good communicator, both oral and written
  • Flexible to accommodate the needs of the residents
  • Excellent time keeping and organisational skills
  • Basic IT knowledge

Package

  • Salary: £24,000 to £30,000 per annum, based on experience.
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (1hr for lunch)
  • Holidays: 21 days of holiday + bank holidays + birthday day off. Christmas closure.
  • Company car (tracked) and fuel card for business use.
  • Company branded uniform, PPE, Work Phone, iPad.

Additional Information

  • DBS check will be carried out on your behalf at the company's expense
  • As part of the interview process you will be required to complete an aptitude test
  • Nine-month probationary period
  • Eligible to work in the UK
